Michaila is feeling a little better. We think she has a cyst on one of her ovaries. Another cyst, I should say.
Last year close to this time, she started feeling like she did today; running a fever, stomach ache, very tired, etc..
She went to ER, and they did an ultrasound to find the cyst. They sent her to an OBGYN, who gave her some medicine and said to come back in two years, sooner if it re-occurred.
That being said, I think KK is going to be heading to the OBGYN pretty soon, so please keep her in your prayers, she doesn't really like going.
In other news, Jordan is off tomorrow, so we are going to meet a new Awareness Beads "Bead Buddy". Her name is Abbi and she is 2. She was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma shortly before Christmas, and even had to be in the hospital for Christmas. She is inpatient this week for her second round of chemotherapy, so we're going to go up there and brighten her day a little bit tomorrow.
Look forward to a formal introduction to little miss Abbi tomorrow, and an update on Michaila soon.
